"Excellent location in the center of town within steps of restaurants, shops, and bars. Attentive and friendly front desk staff that were very helpful and provided great recommendations. The room was clean and cozy with a spa-like shower. Allow plenty of time to enjoy the the breakfast as they close promptly at 10:00. Highly recommend."

"Our flight was severely delayed which meant arriving at 2am the morning. The FLEXIPASS check in meant we were able to access the apartment immediately after a very long day. Apartment was warm. comfortable and clean. Kitchenette well equipped so we did not have to eat out all the time. Central location to Reykavik everywhere was walkable. Only negative is you have to pay for parking."

"The location was great, right in the middle of the promenade. Parking was tricky but if you can remember to park in the P2 zone where it’s cheaper by the hour and free overnight. We found a spot two streets over. The room was great and exactly how it was described."

"I like how very convenient the location and the amenities of the property. Plenty of toilets, shower rooms to choose from, seats for you to relax, couch and even a nice kitchen to prepare your own meals. The location is very convenient and will definitely choose to stay in this hostel next time. I didn't appreciate the Flybus for not picking me up which I pay so I can get to the airport on time. I have no choice but ride a taxi which is unlawful and feels like paying for a flight to another country like 300CAD$. Flybus in Reykjavik is horrible and tsxi is triple the price."

"The staff were excellent, knowledgeable, and friendly. The hotel communicated with us nicely before the stay. The restaurant food was excellent. The room was nice but a bit on the small side, completely usable though. The hotel is walking distance to a lot downtown Reykjavik landmarks, shopping, and museums. We would be very happy to stay there again"

"Overall the hotel is very nice and in a good location. We enjoyed the Beer Garden after check in for a yummy burger and nice cocktail. As far as the room the size was adequate and the bed comfortable and the shower had good water pressure and was plenty hot. On the downside the shower was way too small and there was a tub but I can’t imagine many people use it. The space would be better utilized with a larger shower. Also, only one window opened in the room and there was only a down comforter so I was very hot all night. Keeping in mind we stayed in early September I feel like it could get even warmer in the Summer months."

"The room was very comfortable & clean. There is no front desk. They send an email with your code about a day before arrival. We had a few questions upon arrival and the staff in the restaurant that you walk through to get to the rooms were very helpful. Having laundry available was a bonus!"
