"Great service, good food, beautiful holiday"

"Average hotel claiming to be 4 star was booked into the wrong room on arrival I didn’t notice so spoke to someone in the morning. I had upgraded when booking but was told no you haven’t by the receptionist I showed my receipt to her then she got the manager who wouldn’t speak to me at 1st as I was told by the receptionist they would change my room and refund me 20 euro. I asked if I could just stay in the original room at a reduced rate was told no, manager came out after I asked to speak to him. Room was changed I arrived back that night to pick up my stuff to fund the only difference in the rooms is the bed size I now had a king size bed but nothing else was different in the room so much for upgrading to a deluxe king room what a waste of money if you upgrade don’t bother. Food was okay breakfast good choice had steak in my last night there but it was chewy and fatty not worth the money."

"Beautiful place, very clean, staff very friendly and food was very good. No pool but thermal suite was good and spa staff were lovely. Only 2 small downfalls, our bed was extremely hard, there was nowhere to get snacks except ordering a meal at the restaurant. Also no room service. But great place and would definitely go back."

"Room furniture very dated and not in very good condition. Limited menu in restaurant Soup Indian curry or sandwich Sandwich one thin slice of ham slice of cheese and about six pieces of onion For a four star Hotel this is totally unacceptable Had to find another restaurant for our second night."
