"Initially we were thrilled to stay here, as the pub manager showed us to our room, carried one of our suitcases and assured us that the waters & snacks would be replenished every day. Discovered after one shower that the shower gel was empty. I emailed the establishment asking for it to be refilled, and even left the top of the bottle on the bath mat as a hint. "We had a great stay here last week! The pub is very close to the Farringdon tube which made getting out and coming home each day that much simpler. Especially when we had our luggage. The room we got was fairly large and had strong air conditioning which was very necessarily in July! Pub stuff was welcoming and very helpful, especially upon our arrival. I would not recommend this place if you have any mobility issues or issues with stairs, but otherwise I will be recommending to friends and...
