"Extremely Disappointed with Management I was extremely disappointed with the management and their lack of communication. No one informed me in advance, by text or email, about the planned power outage. I was not even advised at check-in. There was no electricity from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.last saturday , which prevented me from enjoying the facilities I had paid for, including the pool and jacuzzi. It is very disappointing to see such a lack of communication and transparency toward paying guests....

"The proprietors were very welcoming and friendly and the breakfasts were great. Everything in Chase is either neat the highway or the railway and for me it was noticeable at night"
