"The apartment was very clean, modern and spacious, perfect for the three of us. We appreciated the supplied coffee pods and the apartment was well stocked with linens, towels, cleaning and bathroom supplies, clothes hangers etc. Having parking was a very nice feature (since the location isn’t that walkable to downtown Oxford, so having a car was necessary for us). The apartment is on the top (3rd) floor without a lift, so carrying up our luggage was good exercise! The location is a quiet...

"Extremely hot very small and the room was dirty. There were stains from it look like some type of beverage all over the wall. There was stains in my bed and I was faced out to Banbury Road and it was impossible to get sleep. The only saving or redeeming factor was the Staff was absolutely wonderful."

"Older property, but clean and tidy. Good location for walk/bus into Oxford and useful having parking. Staff helpful and friendly. Good selection of shops and eating places in Summertown."

"The studio was ok but virtually all of the photos were not of the studio but of other listings which looked much nicer than the one I booked. Very disappointed that parking was not listed as first come first served, so I had no parking. Residence did not reply to any messages through the contact property link but they were helpful when I managed to phone them."

"Property is very run down and in need of maintenance as well as a deep cleaning. Staff were less than helpful. The fire alarm in my room went off from a boiling tea kettle and when they came to investigate they told me to use the kettle on the other side of the room. Not sure where they wanted me to use it as the room was small and I used it where they had the coffee station set up. I had used the prior evening with no issues. I did not have the breakfast as the options were only limited to...

"It was very good for the price point, the breakfast was great, room was fine, a little tried but difficult to find fault at the price point."

"Check-in was easy, had a free parking lot, the room was spacious, comfortable bed, but oldn tacky greenish wall paper."

"Wonderful property, would highly recommend."

"The room was not what I was expecting for the price I paid. Felt it was over priced for a 4 star. Room I booked was suppose to be a superior room with a view. Not . Room was small and the view was of a little part of the castlemotherwose it was apartments I was liking at . Coffee machine leaked and the television didn't work correctly. Had to complain to general manager on departing. There Internet needs to be updated as somethings are false advertising on the Internet."

"The location is perfect to walk to various sights. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The carpet needs stretching, but that’s simply what happens with carpet and it did not impact our experience. We appreciate Josh, who was very kind, professional, and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful! Thank you for a great stay!"

"Good rooms, had some duct tape on the bath tub tho to seal out water"

"All round superb"

"A very unique and lovely place to stay! Room was very clean and well appointed. We were able to easily walk to shops, pubs, and the University sites. Highly recommend!"

"Excellent location with restaurants & fast food close by. Hop on, Hop off bus nearby. Room was quiet. Strangely, our room had no drawers or shelves for our clothes. The add on closet was small without shelves too. Everything else was fine. Entry level bar with nice lounge seating. Employees made you feel comfortable and hotel was very secure with key card access."

"Very great location! Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean."

"No elevator Breakfast is located outside of hotel."
