"We stayed here for an overnight stop and were very pleased with our stay. Friendly staff, everything you need as far as the room goes, incl aircon which was very welcome given it was 34 degrees that day. There was plenty of choice in the restaurant. Breakfast was fine. "Fantastic hotel and staff! The entire place was super clean and well kept. The room had good ammenities like shampoo, conditioner, coffee, chocolate. Beds were comfortable. The pool was nice and clean with drinks served to your chairs. But the biggest plus here was the food, the breakfast buffet was the best we've had in Europe and the dinner (we opted for half-board) was absolutely delicious. It was a short drive tp both Lednice and Voltice for day trips. I would highly recommend staying here."

"Kind and helpful staff. We tried to contact the hotel about our dietary needs. There was no reply but the breakfast host helped as soon as she could after our arrival. There's also clearly a problem with the door keys losing their magnetic stripe data. Keep the cards away from phones and sources of magnetic fields or you will get locked out!"
