I needed a quick room last minute while traveling. This was honestly the best room I've ever had for this price. Front desk was awesome! I do not remember her name but she had a LSU jersey on. So helpful and brought extra towels for my Mom without me even asking.. very clean and neat with comfie beds!

This was a last minute booking just to get some sleep before continuing home! My only complaint would be that while ac was on FAN only when entering room it made the room smell like urine! I think it was due to men urinating outside near the unit but once I turned it on actual cool I could no longer smell anything! Besides that room was spacious size and I loved the full size fridge! I would definitely stay again especially for the great price!

I had a pretty decent stay, lobby hallways and parking lot were clean, front desk staff was helpful, good customer service, explained everything I needed to know regarding my stay, policies, and the $50 deposit (using Chime & Venmo, I believe she stated, will get your deposit back to you in the quickest time frame-mine was returned to my Chime acct in 24hrs) the room was very clean, brand new towels (in my room anyways), clean tub sink and toilet, led lighted mirror, amenities for the bathroom if needed like shampoo/conditioner & hand soap plus shampoo conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower if needed, parking was decent (if your return for the day/night early enough lol) super clean full size fridge and counter tops in the kitchenette area, nice coffee pod maker with coffee pods and cream & sugar set up, other than a loud shut of a room door here and there and intermittently hearing people in the hallway it was pretty quiet during the night. Roku tv. The innerspring mattress wasn’t the most comfortable but doable, could’ve just been my room but then I’m used to sleeping on memory foam so that’s that. Short 7-8 minute drive to plenty of restaurants, a Walmart, gas stations, etc. I overall enjoyed my short stay and would book again in the future when in the area.

The hotel is still under construction. There was no moulding in the room, holes in the Sheetrock where they obviously didn’t know what they were doing. Trash all around the building. I started receiving texts stating it was past check in time even though my room was already paid for. The employees were not friendly and never spoke or asked how our stay was. The only positive is it was clean because it was new and quiet except for the train.started receiving texts

Our check-in was slow. Upon checking in, one member of the family went ahead of the party to bring the baggage up the stairs because there are no elevators. Upon entering the area of our room, one of our room doors was unlocked and slightly open, without the key having been given to us yet. We finally got checked in then opened the door to our rooms and dropped our bags and left. Upon returning to our rooms later that night, we pulled the comforter of our beds to get some sleep and there was bloodstsins on my guest's bed. We ended up having to wait until 12:00 in the morning to address the issue because that's when someone was at the front desk. We were told that all would be taken care of before we returned from our outing. We got back and it still wasn't fixed. Bloody bed sheets were still on the floor of our room and nothing was done. The person we spoke to in the morning went home sick didn't leave an email or communication regarding thesituation. situation. It was a b situation and so forthwho
