10/10 Excellent
"We had a lovely stay at Candeo Hotels Osaka. The location was convenient for exploring the city, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. One of the highlights was the beautiful view from our room, especially getting to watch the fireworks at night. We also loved the rooftop spa! It had a sauna, indoor and outdoor baths, which gave us different options to relax after a long day of exploring. It was nice to have our own little spa experience without leaving the comfort of our hotel. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time in Osaka!"

"Comfortable beds and clean rooms. There are not enough washing machines for the number of rooms in the hotel so they are running non-stop. This means you usually have to fight to get the next open washer & we did have some laundry come out smelling bad after washing. Either the detergent had run out for the washer or the machines are not cleaned often. Otherwise great location and good hotel overall!"
