"Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay in two connected rooms here. We were most grateful that they had a wonderful system to manage luggage before check in and after check out. We loved the beautiful onsen and the provided slippers and pajamas. The morning breakfast buffet was outstanding. The hotel was very clean with comfortable beds and a stunning view. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Has a lot of available amenities with a lot of nearby supermarkets and restaurants around the area. It's also close to the shinkansen station for all your trips throughout Japan."

"The hotel is basic but works. I had booked the quadruple room with the 2 bunks but the beds were not very comfortable. The comforter was plush and nice but the mattress was super thin and firm. We actually took one mattress from the top bunk and doubled up one of the lower beds to help with back pain in the morning. The walls are pretty thin and you can hear everyone walking above you. Other than those 2 things, it's a decent room. It's nice having the kitchenette. Location is great, closer to the train station, family mart and restaurants. There's baggage locks in the lobby to store your bags after check out if needed."

"Pleasant one night stay. Breakfast was great. They offer free shuttle service to Itami airport that we did not use because we were flying through Kansai aport. "
