"Clean, fresh. Enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was wonderful. only 2 things wrong, No tissue box in the room and one lamp was missing the lampshade."

"I reserved an accessible room, but did not get one. I double checked my reservation, it stated that's what I asked for. There were no other rooms available so we made do, but thankfully my roommate is not wheelchair bound, then it would've become an issue. The staff were very nice and helpful on an extremely busy weekend."

"The Cabin looked exactly like the pictures. It was very clean for a place in the woods. the space was just enough for me and my person. We had enough space for 2 cars. The staff always kept us stocked with Wood and etc. The experience was amazing. Definitely a great way to check out of the real world. I highly recommend staying here. "

"Breakfast wasn't ready at 6, but within about 10 minutes. Waffles, fruit, yogurt, coffee and juice, cereal and muffins. No eggs or breakfast meat. We were on the second floor, which is being remodeled. The hallway smelled of rug glue (?) and several doors were opened with the heat blasting. My guess is it was at least 85 in the hall. Our room was fine once we were able to get passed all the furniture in the hallway. Oh, there is no elevator, carry your own luggage up the stairs. Beds were fine, and the shower was very good. "

"We were greeted by a very stoic and unhelpful staff member who let us know that we had to pay $100 fee for having our two small dogs with us. We were unaware of this policy as it was not listed on Expedia so we mentioned being surprised and the concierge ignored us and handed us papers to sign. We were a little put off (as we would have gone to another hotel if we had known) but then the room was SO cold and for some reason we couldn't turn the heat up more than 70. There wasn't a real comforter on the bed- it was very thin and the bed was uncomfortable. the only nice part of this stay was the veteran checking us out who was so kind and I witnessed him being very attentive to another guest. Will not be staying here again."
