Very spacious and comfortable room with great bedding. One of the elevators was out of service and the staff went beyond to help us get our luggage to our room. Great staff and town to walk.
They were able to accommodate last minute booking either a very good rate for the size of the room. This place was honestly perfect for 3 of us traveling with 2 dogs in 1 room- spacious really clean very dog friendly though you couldn’t tell there were any dogs prior to us or around the hotel.
Antique warehouse is right behind the hotel, train station a minute walk and everything else in easy walking distance. On site restaurant though we didn’t take advantage of while we were there. All in all I’d definitely use this as a regular hotel for Hudson trips.
Very friendly staff and beautiful hotel. I appreciate the small touches like fresh flowers in bud vases throughout. There is always lemon water available. The breakfast is delicious. It’s just a nice place with a nice vibe.
The room was spacious and very clean, as was the bathroom. The room also had a large comfortable sofa. We were unaware that the room was in the basement level, so natural light was limited to large window wells. I would book upper level rooms next time.
The staff was excellent; helpful and friendly. We had breakfast in the cafe which had a fairly small menu, but the food was fresh and very good.
Very unique, updated hotel! Staff was wonderful! Good to have a cafe on site!
Wish the breakfast was complementary!

Staff was very nice and pleasant. Hotel itself and our room was nice and clean. But our junior suite was downstairs, kind of like underground area off the hotel, there were no windows to outdoors. Also, our room was extremely damp. It was not disclosed in the booking.
This is a converted factory and so some of the rooms are basically underground. They are huge, but if natural light is important to you, avoid floor one
That said - the room was huge, two large beds, a sofa, coffee machine, fridge, it had everything we needed.
Helpful attentive staff.
Restaurant was closed for dinner on the day we were there, be aware you might have to go and find food after a journey.
The room was ok but it was very loud. The dining area is above some of the rooms and there is not enough sound deadening so you can hear stomping and chairs being moved and it shakes some of the things on the ceiling making even more noise.
Also due to the nature of the room being where it is the rooms windows are covered with thick bushes so there isn’t the ability to let sun in the room let alone see outside.
Overall the property was fine and got the job done but for $300 it was not good enough.
We liked the room, the comfortable bed, and the Samsung TV very much. I would have perfered to be on the third floor at The Wick; however, we had a delightful time and thanks again. Sincerely, Lois Peltz and Jerry M Brown
We stayed in room 213. There’s definitely missing the couch and the AC did not work properly. It was 79° in the room. I did inform the front desk. I’d check out. This is my second time at this beautiful hotel.
