"We had a medical emergency at the hotel and the ambulance had to be called, we spent the day at the hospital the day of our check out, and I was so concerned because we had to get our bags, but the staff was very supportive. They were nothing but espectacular, since day one. I am so grateful. Location is very close to HB, good breakfast and the area is next to Milaneo’s mall. I will definitely recommend this hotel. "

"The location was amazing. It was so easy to access the main train station and metro. The room was pretty clean, and the bed was very comfortable too. The blackout curtains were great too. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!"

"The room was clean and comfortable but it lacked the ‘workspace’ that was advertised. There was certainly space for a desk, but sadly not one available. When we visited the front entrance was closed and so we had to use the back entrance which was in a vermin infested back alley with the overflowing bins from local businesses. It was not a good way to enter or leave the building and did not feel very safe. That said, Numa was in a great location, close to Stadtmitte S bahn station and to...
