"The first King Suite room we were put in had broken toilet, and broken tiles in the entry to the room. Luckily they switched us right away and the next room was decent. But for the price you pay, I would have assumed a little bit of better care would have gone into the property. The property needs maintenance. And hopefully that is under review & in the process. The balconies have railings that are rotted, the stairs are very steep with low railings that are not very useful if you're over 5'5". Watch your credit card, I was charged for a pet fee and didn't bring a pet. They fixed it right away, but it should have never happened either. Very disappointing. The restaurant, staff and bar are very nice and the food is fantastic!"
