'Oldy worldy' accomodation with lots of character set back a little way from the main A46.
Owner and staff were really helpful, even to the point of walking the streets to find a parking space.
Excellent restaurant attached - had a lovely evening meal.
Breakfast was excellent.
The view from the windows was great. We were on the top floor. It was roomy and the beds were comfy. The bathroom was down a couple of steps and you had to watch your head in there. It was a bit of an angular room with the wall jutting out by the toilet.
Breakfast was OK. The croissants were not really flaky but more of a roll type thing.
