"Great staff"

"We arrived in the middle of a storm Amy related power cut which had affected the whole region. The owners could not be more helpful and pulled out all the stops to get us an evening meal. A really nice place to stay. We took the scenic way there along the loch and the quick way to get back to the A82 - the Corran vehicle ferry runs every half an hour (or quicker) and takes 5 minutes to cross the loch. "

"A fabulous self-contain duplex apartment with a balcony, adjacent to the owner’s house and workshop. A beautiful apartment for two and with the sofa bed, four people. The location is perfect for exploring the whole of the Ardnamurchan peninsula by car, with lots of scope for hiking too"

"What a gem!! I loved my stay at Mingarry Park. My room was clean and spacious and had the private hot tub which was a major plus. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very communicative. I had the most relaxing, restorative stay. And, they have an epic breakfast included which basically filled me up for the entire day. What a find! Totally worth the cost and I would definitely stay there again. "

"The room was the modest hotel room I’ve ever had. The bed was amazing, the bathroom was huge with separate shower and bathtub! The closet at the entrance was HUGE! Big enough for all our luggage and outerwear and then some! "

"We had a lovely stay for just one night at The Airds Hotel. We were a bit late getting in and had to cancel an earlier dinner reservation because we were running behind. But the staff were very accommodating and allowed us to enjoy dinner in the restaurant. They also provided us a takeaway bag for breakfast as we had to check out early the next morning. The hotel room itself was very comfortable. The water in the shower gets scalding hot, BEWARE. There is a sign in the bathroom warning of this...

"The whole experience was amazing despite the rain when we arrived. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Spacious accommodations with a lovely two-tub bath and in-room dining. The location was excellent to explore the Glencoe sights. Highly recommended, for a splurge stay. "

"Grande chambre avec vue sur le lac. Proximité directe du ferry qui permet de traverser le lac (gratuit pour les piétons). Pas de service de restauration lors de notre séjour, mais de quoi petit-déjeuner dans le réfrigérateur (2 muffins, 2 yaourt, jus d'orange + lait) ce qui est très appréciable."

"Beautiful room, tremendous view, lots of little touches, e.g. binoculars on the window ledge, dressing gown and slippers, a dram left on the window ledge, a proper bottle of milk left in the fridge, a wee bottle of irn bru, energy bars….. and the list goes on! So very thoughtful. We had the opportunity to speak to both Peter and Nicola and they were genuinely interested in us having a great time, which we did. Must be one of the best guest houses in Scotland, and we’ve visited loads of them. Top...

"Clean amenities "

"The lodge was very clean and charming. We felt at home right away. We were not missing anything that we needed. Communication was easy and quick. We would be happy to book there again. I suppose the only downside is that it is right off the highway, so cars and lorries are regularly passing by. This does take away from the peace of the lake on the other side of the highway. But this negative point is eclipsed by all the positive aspects. Highly recommended!"

"What a great little place! It's perfect if you need a home-base and want to tour around the area. It's simple but lovely and well maintained. So clean! Alan, one of the owners is very knowledgeable and not just about the area! He has geology knowledge upon food recommendations upon hiking/walking/climbing trails. We got a lovely reception as soon as we arrived. It isn't fancy but the atmosphere and service are 5 star. "
