Das Konzept des Hotels entspricht schon dem Namen. Vieles ist wirklich sehr gelungen. Dazu zählen die Gastronomie-Räume (innen wie außen) und die tollen Außenanlagen sowie das Spa. Für ein 4*S-Hotel ist es aber unschön, wenn die Zimmer weder eine Klimaanlage noch eine Minibar (selbst wenn diese leer wäre) haben. Die Bäder in den Superior-Zimmern sind sehr eng, die Armaturen sehen stilecht aus, lassen sich aber leider schlecht einstellen. Bis auf wenige Ausnahmen war das Personal nicht besonders freundlich bzw. beschränkte sich die Kommunikation auf das Allernötigste. Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut. Damit kann das Hotel punkten. Das Preisniveau im Restaurant fand ich recht ambitioniert. (z.B. eine (sehr gute) Brotzeitplatte knapp 23€!) Die Lage in der Nähe zum Straussee ist sehr gut, vor dem Hotel führt allerdings eine recht stark befahrene Straße entlang. Zimmer zu dieser Seite können das Fenster eigentlich nicht offen lassen, da man dann keine Ruhe zum Schlafen findet. Alles in allem kann ich das Hotel mit Abstrichen empfehlen.

Wenn die Bedienung heute Morgen beim Frühstück nicht so schlechte Laune gehabt hätte, währe alles super. Wer noch nichtamtlich guten Morgen sagt und Fragen nicht beantwortet, Kaffee ohne Kommentar auf dem Tisch stellt, hat in so einem schönen Hotel nichts zu suchen.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und groß. Die Sauna war etwas klein, aber da ich alleine war ok. Der Pool ist schön. Das Frühstück sehr gut. Das Personal war freundlich, außer beim Check in. Da war es recht stumpf und unpersönlich.

Alles soweit ok nettes Haus in einer schönen Umgebung. Probleme gab es ein bisschen wegen der Bezahlung. Vereinbart war im Hotel wurde aber vorab abgebucht. Trennung da zwei Zimmer gebucht wegen einem Kollegen alles schwierig. Rechnung umschreiben beim Auschecken. Alles Zeit gekostet. Reise viel beruflich und das lösen andere viel professioneller und schneller. Im Großen und Ganzen aber abgesehen davon ein nettes Haus mit einem sensationellen Frühstück

Leider war der Transfer vom/zum Bahnhof nicht möglich, dass machte pro Fahrt knapp 10€ oder ein Spaziergang mit Koffer durch den Wald. Auch liegt der Straussee vor dem Hotel, bis man jedoch an das Wasser konnte, war ein größerer Fussmarsch möglich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und kindgerecht und auch das Essen war gut.
