The parking was good, off from the road, car was secure. The hostess was great, and very friendly. Room and bathroom could have been cleaner, dust all over the covered garbage bin in bathroom, huge cobweb in corner, and large peeling area on wall of bathroom. Large cobwebs at top of one window. No electrical outlet by beds, major frustration because husband uses CPAP machine to sleep. Continental breakfast was good, lots of fruit.
Temperature of water hard to control in shower. No washcloths provided.
We stayed 3 nights in a bleak February. The weather was bad, but the room was warm and cosy. The dining hall was shut, but a continental breakfast was laid out on the landing and a small table and chairs provided in the room. Cooked breakfast was available for a small extra fee, but we didn't feel we needed one.
We were in the Cream Room and we were pleased that the "private bathroom" was en suite.which we weren't sure of from the description.
This is a working farm. The field opposite during our stay was home to a flock of sheep. We also heard owls during the night, which we haven't heard for some time.
All in all, a good value and pleasant stay.
This farm was one of the loveliest properties we have stayed at on our trip around England. A gorgeous property with healthy, happy, animals all around you. The linens smell heavenly and fresh and you can hear the spund of cows mooing. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of fresh options. The host is so friendly and considerate. You dont want skip this one.♡
If you're looking for a nice place to stay only a short drive from Stratford-Upon-Avon this is it. The host was friendly and helpful. The (Cream) room was very clean with it's own on bathroom suite with a nice hot powerful shower. Lovely views, room was quiet, comfortable bed, lots of extra tea, Coffee and milk. Has to be the best value place we've stayed in for a long time. Breakfast was very generous and good quality it was left outside the room for us and other guests to enjoy. We will be back and recommend to our friends. Lovely stay.
Calm oasis in the middle of beautiful English countryside. Comfortable bed and full size bathtub was all I needed and this beautiful farmhouse provided. Breakfast was generous and more than substantial
We had a lovely stay at this very friendly B+B and the host was very accommodating. The house is set in quiet farmland with views over the fields - well worth another visit
We loved it , beautiful setting in the countryside on a working farm. Elizabeth is a real blessing , she really looked after us, upgraded our room for free and went out of the way to provide a lovely spread for breakfast. The bed was comfy and bedroom spacious with everything you need for a midweek break. Stratford just over 10 minutes away by car. Highly recommended and value for money.
Was lovely staying in a rural position, very quiet & a great base to visit other places, had a comfortable stay, owners friendly & very pleasant, choice of breakfast.

We arrived and our host was very busy. Would have liked more information re farm & getting to local pub in writing.
On the bright side - good sleep and good breakfast
An amazing weekend away. Really comfortable homeley rooms in a beautiful building. Lovely views of the farm. Breakfast was fantastic - choice of hot and cold breakfast - both delicious and fresh. Breakfast was served on the landing to eat in the comfort of you room which was a really nice touch. The bedroom was really comfortable.. we had the pink room which had a bath, fresh towels, sofa, dining area, tea/coffee facilities and plenty of storage for clothes. Heaters and fans as well as a couple of blankets if needed but we were lovy and warm. Elizabeth was extremely welcoming and couldnt do enough to make sure we had what we need. As a working farm we enjoyed the noise of the sheep and the comings and goings was fine for us. Plenty to sit and watch. Nice garden area to enjoy the morning sun with a coffee too. We are booking again!
Lovely B&B situated in a beautiful setting, overlooking fields of sheep! Easy access to Stratford Upon Avon. Breakfast was great, loads of choice and the fresh fruit was delicious. Check in details were sent 24 hours before arrival so everything went smoothly and Elizabeth is the perfect host. We will be back, many thanks
