Very welcoming on arrival. Room was ideal for two of us , clean and comfortable. Receptionists was very informative about helpful when asking about local area for eating etc . Continental breakfast well worth the money quite a bit of variety .

Perfectly Fine

A lot of recent reviews seem to be critical but for me the hotel was fine, clean, comfortable, quiet, only 30 minutes walk to the theatre, and as cheap as I could find for a one night stay.

Love this place

Absolutely lovely will be returning every month for a break away highly recommended this place. Lovely rooms fantastic facilities front and rear seating areas with smoking allowed

Our room was ground floor at the front of the building which is on a main road. There was a large bay window without nets or blinds so passers by were looking straight into our room. The staff were pleasant and the continental breakfast was lovely and substantial.

Shower was a bit tricky to figure out but once I cracked the code it was great. Very little support as far as a front desk. Never figured out the water taxi. A nice walk to and from town and always felt safe. You do have to rely on Uber if you need a ride to train station etc.

Convenient stopover

Clean and spacious room. Sited at front of hotel, though traffic noise from main road was not an issue. Mini fridge was noisy and pillows not v soft, though slept ok. Good location for Stratford, and good for what we needed.

A Great Place, Great staff

The Hotel is very clean and in a good quiet location. The rooms are comfortable with all amenities. The front office was mannes by Mike, a warm and super professional that explained in détail the options one had from drinks to food, what one can do.
