"We loved this place. The room was spacious, the bed was big and comfortable, and there was a refrigerator. The breakfast was great, as was the staff. The carpet was pretty worn on the stairs and halls, but everything else was in pretty good shape. We did have to park in the NCP parking lot a few blocks away, but that was no problem. And the location was wonderful-- for most of the Shakespeare activities, for the market, for the theater, and for great restaurants and stores. We would stay there...

"The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The kitchenette was a plus, with a microwave, small fridge, teapot, sink, dishes and silverware, enabling us to fix our own breakfast. The dressing table with a mirror and light made putting my makeup on much easier!"

"Very convenient in the middle of Stratford Upon Avon. 10min easy walk from train station. Friendly staff. Comfy room and bed. Stairs are steep so if you have mobility restrictions could be a little awkward but not many steps and I had no issue with it. Some noise in the morning around 7.30am with keg delivery for the pub downstairs which woke me but if you're an early riser that wouldn't be an issue and was niyand peaceful the rest of the time. Overall an excellent stay and I'll be back!"

"Host Mr.Mark is an excellent host. You can find all necessary things for a family to stay, enjoy, cook own meals, wash clothes and drying etc. A perfect apartment for all needs. Supermarkets, multi cuisine restaurants incl Indian, tourist attractions are all within a walking distance of 10 to 15 mts max. Our best stay.."

"Clean, comfortable apartment in a good location. The only thing missing was shampoo, which is not a big deal but would be helpful for overseas travelers who haven’t brought things like that because of liquid restrictions on flights, or are traveling light. But the room was very nice overall. "

"House was better than expected for a 600 year old building. Loved the courtyard outside and downstairs lounge area with all mod cons. Had trouble with the door in that it locks when shut and key was inside - had to call a locksmith! Maybe you can look at changing the type of lock so this does not happen to others."

"Sarah was a great host and communication was perfect before our check in date abd throughout our stay. The cottage was clean, comfortable and very cosy. It was easily accessible from the train station and perfectly located for the town centre. "

The owners even left us a handwritten welcome note with a bottle of wine and chocolates. I can't speak highly enough of this property and recommend it to anyone and everyone!"
