"Incredible hospitality! We were staying for a friends wedding at the venue and the team could not do enough for you. We arrived early morning and asked if we could leave our cases whilst we headed into Bangor - within seconds the receptionist and housekeeping manager were scouting out which rooms were readily available - we were given an upgraded room and able to check in immediately.
On our first morning of breakfast, my partner asked the waiting staff if it would be possible to get some...
"At check in we were greeted and walked to our room. We were a little early for our reservation and we were allowed right in. Owner showed us around and was incredibly friendly. Other visitors told us some great hiking locations to check out. Continental breakfast laid out nicely. Beautiful view of Mourne Mountains. "
"My family of six stayed here- we are from New York, we didn’t know the area very well. My husband and my four kids and I just adored this place. We booked a double room, which was perfect. The front room. The four kids stayed in and my husband and I stayed in the other room. The kids haven’t stopped talking about how much fun they had there. It was so comfy and quiet. The people at the desk were above and beyond helpful. Just an amazing part of our trip to Northern Ireland! "

"Great location, 15 min walk into central Belfast, local amenities lots of options and open late which was great
Room was ok (room 5), walls really thin so take ear plugs to block out televisions and snorers
Kitchen facilities limited, and smelt really damp.
Needs a deep clean overall and if you leave food in the fridge it is at your own risk, ours was stolen on the first night.

"Myself and my partner only stayed for one night. The cabin was very clean and cosy with everything we needed for our short break. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent, things that not all places we have stayed get right. We used it as a stop off on our trip to photograph the mountains and surrounding areas, this was the perfect stop off for what we wanted.
Thank you for the stay, it made our break, we will definitely be booking again."
"We were so impressed by this hotel. Fabulous room, very comfortable and spacious. The pool was great but mostly it was the welcoming and accommodating staff who made our visit so special. They were so helpful. We got room service instead of eating in the restaurant and it was fabulous. The Operations Manager who was on firing the evening of our visit made it such an easy process and the food was delicious. "
