La décoration est datée et un peu kitsch mais l’accueil est chaleureux et le personnel très serviable.
J’ai eu un problème mécanique et le personnel a vraiment été super sympa avec moi.
Le petit déjeuner est complet et bon

"We had a wonderful stay here with our dog. We were warmly welcomed during check in and the receptionist went out of her way to explain us everything and make sure our dog felt welcome as well. The dog basket, treats and bowls already placed in our room were also such a nice touch! She even was allowed to come with us to breakfast and a table was reserved away from the buffet so other guests weren’t inconvenienced. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Starnberger See."
