Strada in Chianti Packages (Flight + Hotel)

Reception staff (Maria in particular) was super kind and welcoming upon arrival to the hotel. I loved that the hotel was across the street from the tram line so no need to take a taxi from the train station to the hotel. The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk from the Piazza.

We enjoyed the cleanliness of our room. They are also soundproof and the view to the garden is so nice. The parking area is convenient. The pool was so clean. Staff is very friendly and willing to help. The breakfast is great and the staff of the restaurant were wonderful. Thank you for the hospitality and good service.

For the price that we paid we thought we would get to enjoy the roof top. It was packed with college people who live on site (i don't have a problem with them living onsite, think it's a great idea, but if i would have known i would have chosen differently). In the room the air conditioning wouldn't go below 20 they have it locked and the noise from the very busy street kept us awake. We ate in the garden for dinner as we where flying out very early and I must say the WORST food we experienced in Italy. I would not suggest this hotel for more mature travellers.
