"The Internet was slow and the bathroom was dirty. The heat and air didn't work. The toilet leaked and didn't flush. I feel like a refund or compensation is appreciate. I paid good money. Also the staff didn't know what they were doing. I had to go down 4 times to give info and my debit card. "

"Bathroom had spots on the wall, like someone brushed their teeth and spit on it. Could hear kids running up and down the hallway, yelling and doors slamming; well into the night. Someone went to the counter to buy stuff from their ‘store’ and charged my card on file, then questioned me about it and if someone ‘in my party’ would have purchased anything. Pool was cloudy and needed maintaining. Breakfast was subpar. I would not choose this hotel or recommend it"

"Our experience started with an unfriendly manager. The young clerk was helpful and carried our bags across the parking lot to the building where the suites were located. Small microwave and nice refrigerator. The faucet at the vanity was very stiff and hard to turn on and off. We requested an ADA room, but were supplied regular suite. Not a roll in shower as requested. Just a tub with no hand rails in a very small bathroom. When I advised the clerk he said he could change our room for $10. But only for the first two of three nights! I didn't realize until I got the final bill that the rate increased each night. $5 the second night and $30 more the third night! I am not pleased with this experience and will not be using Hotels.com or Choice hotels in the future."

"Clean room. Bed was comfortable. Hot Tub jets were not working but the water was hot.. My wife and I were frustrated with the TV remote because it would not change The Channels…. Would work otherwise.. Missed most of both games we were trying to watch…"
