I honestly did not wanted to give any negative review but had an issue while checking out. As per my booking on hotel.com I was supposed to pay around 21 franc in the hotel and rest was already paid for as per the invoice. But the hotel charged me 44 franc. I am well aware about the taxes and fees ...
