"It was clean the room was spotless. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the town both in food and historic areas. Off street parking was a big plus and the breakfast was delicious. A 5 star rating I will most certainly go back for another stay. John the proprietor was a wonderful person and the B&B was beautiful."

"$25 per dog per night. That adds up to a lot! I e stayed with my dog across the country. This is The first hotel that charges per night. I stayed here even though the hotel was older - thinking I was saving — but the pet fee was so over the top. If you are looking for pet savings - this is not it. Other New Bern hotels are nicer and charge less. "

"Camille, our host, is very helpful, fun, and those breakfast dishes that she makes are incredible! So many choices of breakfast entrees too. The location is less than a block from restaurants, bars, etc, with one right across the street and another just a few doors down. Middle street is less than 2 blocks away. The house has so much character too! I can’t say enough good things about how wonderful the stay at The Hannah House was. I’ll be back!"
