"I found the rooms to be kept in very good order, clean and organized. We had our coffee machine, microwave and fridge together so there was no going back and forth. We had an ironing board, iron and hair dryer. ANOTHER BIG PLUS they had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap and lotion in big bottles so we didn't have to being ours along. "The room was a standard motel room. Needed help to get the balcony door open. Had to get the key card reset every day as it would not work every time we returned to the motel. A bit noisy when sitting on the balcony because it is on a main street with heavy traffic, but was not bad when inside the room. 24 hour security guards and wondered why, but it felt safe during our stay. "I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. First, the staff member who checked us in had a very unfriendly attitude. From the moment we arrived, it felt as though we were being treated like an inconvenience rather than welcomed guests. Second, the room looked nothing like the photos advertised online. The condition of the room was much older and more worn than expected. The cleanliness and maintenance were also unacceptable. There was visible yellow mold growing along the bathroom...
