"GREAT LOCATION - CLEAN PLACE- EXCELLENT STAY."

"Breakfast was very nice and the room was clean and comfortable."

"Great Breakfast and very helpful staff!"

"better than imagined. I read the reviews before and they gave bad impressions. the price for the room on a weekend's night was too much. we decided to stay here because of its location which saved us plenty of time driving up and down the mountains. however, after checking in, the room was much better than expected. it was quite clean. there was a big screen tv and a heater that worked well. neighbors were nice so i couldn't hear any noise at night. the staff was so-so in terms of helpfulness....

"The bathroom in our room was poorly maintained and run down, could have done a better job with cleaning it. For the price Mimslyn charges per night , next day breakfast should have been included or subsidized at least. Disappointed for what I paid."

"Rustic and fun. Be aware there is zero cell reception once you get close. You are indeed in the mountains!"

"Bed, floor and surfaces appeared to be clean, but areas around the bathroom sink needed to be wipped or an attempt to be clean, and the light switches and electrical outlets need to be wiped down. I guess smoking is allowed as there were two ash trays in the room, and there was an odor in the room, possibly from someone smoking.this is the second time I have been to a motel 6, and this was better than the previous motel 6 in harrisonburg. I have respiratory concerns, so being in a smoking...

"Smells no good and very dirty!"

"perfect 1 night stay"

"Site should clearly call out on patio vs balcony rooms"

"Everything was well maintained, clean, people very friendly and helpful"

"The property was very clean and most of the staff was nice and friendly"

"Need to be clearer"

"Good things first. It was clean, it Had microwave and fridge. Bed was ok. But it was good for the price! There are a bunch of deer that hang out in the parking lot next door. Like 8 of them. It was cool. I think the description states that there is a full or hot breakfast. They only had a pancake machine. And very few choices."

"We had a great stay for one night. The hostess greeted us outside when we pulled into the parking lot, and showed us right to our room. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The walk to the Inn at Little Washington is really only 1-2 minutes. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and felt personal- a very friendly staff that clearly takes pride in making sure guests are well cared for."
