"To be very clear as they told me during check in… this is NOT a hotel, this is a residence community with zero hotel staff support. They have no air conditioning in any of the rooms on property so if you go during the summer, look at the weather and absolutely do not stay here if it’s hot. My wife and I couldn’t sleep for 3 nights because it was so hot and all they could offer was a budget fan. For a similar price you can stay and much better places in mammoth than here."
