"Room was clean and comfortable "

"We called the day before our reservation and requested a top floor room. Were told that they would do that. But, they didn't and we ended up having a lower floor room that was also handicap accessible. Plus, there was no hand lotion in the room. We had to go to the front desk to get it. There was also a problem getting enough towels and esp. wash cloths for our room. We were given one wash cloth for four people. We had to go to the front desk to get more. The first night we were told there weren't any left. What hotel of this standing doesn't have enough wash cloth's? The next night, we went again to the front desk because housekeeping had left us only one. They told us that there wasn't any left. We insisted on having more, so he had to go get some from a vacate room or two. The next day we asked the maid on the floor for 4 wash cloths and practically had to fight her for 'two cloths'. This was ridiculous! We won't stay there again when there is a Hilton right down the street that will treat us better and cost less. "

"Rooms arent very sound proof. We had dirty hand towels. The room was old but updated. The pool area was fun for the kids. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. "
