"We stayed one night on the ss Rotterdam with 2 kids (16 and 12). Both liked the experience and the water taxi to the MarketHall. Nice change from a standard hotel. The pool unfortunately was closed and the dinner service at Lido (on board restaurant), was fully booked so we ended up at the bar and ate snacks which worked well. There was enough selection that even the pickiest eaters found something. Did not get a chance for the tour but would like to do it in the future. Would recommend...

"We stayed for one night prior to cruise departure. The staff were helpful, friendly. All room and amenities spaces were clean and neat. When we thought that we'd left something behind, all email responses were quick and helpful. The hotel was within walking distance to food, activities, and the cruise ship pier."

CONS: Bike rental reasonable but was not smooth process to exit hotel, bikes only one size and had a smaller adult who just about found a lone bike small enough then bike bits could be better maintained - one couldn't unlock and other seat loose. But we made it work. We had been left to collect and work out by ourselves and after requesting assistance...

"Staff was great. The property itself was not. The shower didnt drain properly and there was a mildew/musty smell throughout my entire stay. The climate control didnt work at all for my second night. Cheap for a reason."

"The hotel is well situated for tourism. It is very clean and well maintained. The lobby is very dark for some reason. We could’ve used face cloths in our room and I found the pillows rather lumpy.None of the English channel news channels had signals. The hotel did make efforts to try to fix it but in our three days there nothing changed. That was disappointing."

Dit zou mogelijk zijn als de kamer eerder beschikbaar zou zijn en tegen betaling. Op mijn vraag wanneer ik zou horen of ik eerder terecht kon heb ik nooit antwoord gekregen. Ik ben uiteindelijk om 14:30 aangekomen, maar de kamer was nog niet klaar. Om 15:00 opnieuw geprobeerd, nog niet klaar. Uiteindelijk 15:20 kon ik eindelijk mijn kamer in. Om vervolgens rond 15:45...
