Staff was very nice and room was very clean. I think if you are looking for reasonably priced accommodations in Lodi this is a good place, especially if you are attending anything at the fair grounds.
Standard no-frills motel with a few restaurant options close. We stayed for three nights and unfortunately, even after requesting housekeeping service in person after the first day, our room was never serviced.

This is one the good places to stay if you visit Lodi Ca Great hotel and clean rooms. Staff service unique like no others.
This motel was affordable and in a convenient location from the highway and for gas and food. The swimming pool was open and clean, the room was clean and the beds were firm and comfortable, and clean! The refrigerator worked very well to keep water cold. We didn't see any bugs in the rooms, there weren't any loud noises outside at night, and the neighborhood felt relatively safe (as someone not from or familiar with the area). I would stay here again if I found myself in Lodi in the future.
Everything was as good or better than expected except the “continental breakfast.” There were two options of Drake cereal and two slices of white bread. The coffee was good. They should definitely drop the “free breakfast” from the title; it would still be a good deal.
We stayed here for the weekend because it was cheap. Our room was nice and clean. There were a couple of loitering individuals in the parking lot that made it feel less safe. I didn't like the check-in/out process. It was late at night and we were made to wait outside and talk through a small window, no one was allowed inside the lobby. I wouldn't bring family here. Overall though, the room itself was fine for a short stay.
we didn't even stay there!!.. homeless all around, inside room broken dead bolt, holes in the walls, reaked of ciggerrette smoke. sketchy looking guy rode past on a bike looking hrough our window. Restaurant next door had metal bars. NOT SAFE! we cancelled and went somewhere else. FRONT DESK WAS SO KIND!!.. she was polite and check in was very easy. (even though i only stayed 10 minutes) Even when i had to check out she was polite and helpful, gave me my deposit back right away. That girl needs a raise!!
Clean comfortable room..service was amazing..only drawback was every tv channel tried to charge me...but they offered to switch for a working tv room

Room was clean, bed comfortable, room could use upgrading, painting. Large dings on doors, walls, etc. I rated the stay “noisy”. Close to a bar with loud music until 1am. Lots of activity late at night.
Clean, comfortable, and well-lit. I couldn’t figure out the television at all. Close to other amenities in town.

free car wash??
Stayed here for one night for a business trip, was hoping that i wouldn't have any complaints for how decent this property is. I was out for the night and left my vehicle parked with no warning as to there being any sprinklers, today this may sound funny with the rainy weather but not for someone who just washed their vehicle. I reported this to the front desk receptionist in which they sounded confused as to why I was letting them know this but they offered no help. The floors could've had more cleaning done to them along with their bathtub to top it off, otherwise the location and price were fair.
When I first arrived, check-in was easy enough, the room appeared to be clean. However I started noticing little indifferences, i set up the in room ironing board as tonset a small crock pot on it. As i set it up, it completely collapsed as it had a broken leg on it. The exterior wall of the bathroom, next to a bed was black with dirt and grime. The refrigerator was missing shelves and the bars that hold items in the door. There was a $60 deposit, I wiped the entire room down by hand, with my own personal towels and cleaners before check-out. I did use 1 of the provided hand towels for a bit of wipe down as well. They darn near didn't give my deposit back, until i called the corporate office in front of them.
Their wifi password is "giveus5stars", I was honestly thunking about giving them 5 stars, until not the deposit incident that happened. But the last evening i stayed here, there were 4 of us just hanging out in the provided grill area around 9:30-10:00, and a stagf member walked by telling everyone to go to our rooms. And singling 1 guy out whom was a guest, but told him he needed to leave the property. HIS WIFE HAD THEM A ROON BOOKED!!!!
The front staff manager Peter was extremely outgoing and solution oriented. Our fridge was making some noise at night and he had a new refrigerator purchased the next day. I feel extremely safe at this location fostered by a vigilant management team. Super affordable rates!!!
