"Room was new and clean, although a bit small (2 double beds) and hardly any place to unpack belongings (a few open shelves, zero dressers, very small clothes rack over the mini fridge). The bed was comfortable (many 3 or below star hotel beds have lumpy pillows and sloped / terrible mattress). The hot breakfast spread was amazing. In the lobby there’s a small setup selling snacks and beverages. Parking could be limited when the hotel is at full capacity (Friday night late arrival and there were only 2 spots left on the entire lot). I would return again."
"The hotel was good overall with nice amenities and friendly staff. However, my room was not ready on time at check-in, which was inconvenient. Once I got in, the stay was comfortable."
"First day in the water park my hubby killed a water bug crawling under chairs and we watched them spray an area where you purchase to sit for ants. The walls in the room need to be cleaned badly. I took a video of the room for my own reference! Then the purchased food and fun was a mess from the get go with the cups out so we were given other ones, to being told the attractions were open till one time from one employee then the next day a different time. Some know how to add multiple games on bowling and some don’t and make you rest and in the line which is ridiculous especially with a special needs kiddo. The fire evacuation at midnight with minimal told to us instead another person staying there let us know we can go back inside and basically we were offered to check out at 2pm after saying something! They placed an additional almost $250 on my card on top of the $300 extra hold without our approval. I sadly felt like it was just one thing after another and here we told many we loved this location over Anaheim but I would revert that statement after doing both of them in the last 3 months. Anaheim is organized better and it was very smooth. Wish I could say the same but when an employee can’t even tell us where the special strawberry shortcake item that you have running all over it definitely proves there’s a big lack of communication at this location on top of being told different things on the same topic."
