"Hotel C is a terrific hotel for access to the Arlanda Express. It is literally 10 steps away. It also is a close walk to Gamla Stan and there are a lot of great restaurants nearby. They have some fun games in the lobby, and the IceBar is hosted there as well. (They also have their own bar/restaurant which I did not go to.) The rooms are very basic. The breakfast is plentiful but does get crowded as this is a large hotel. You can't beat it for convenience, especially if you won't be spending much time in your room anyway!"

"I would not recommend this hotel. The rooftop pool is heavily advertised throughout the website and promotional photos, creating the impression that it is included in the hotel facilities. However, only upon arrival was I informed that access to the pool is restricted to the spa and requires a significant additional fee. While there is a small note buried at the very end of the hotel description, this feels highly misleading and close to false advertising. The hotel itself is large, modern, and well-designed, but the service experience was disappointing. When I checked out, I was told I could not leave my luggage in storage because another group had booked the entire hotel. I found this completely unreasonable, especially as luggage storage is a very basic service that travellers generally expect from a hotel of this standard. I have never encountered this situation before."

"Everything OK except the crazy layout of the bed. It is tightly "boxed in" unnecessarily. Terrible design. on window side VERY narrow . On the other side no space at all, right up against a wooden structure. Your partner on this side can't get out of bed with out climbing over it. Umbelievably bad design. Whoever designed this did it on a computer, never considered reality. At the bottom of the bed there is a daft storage structure On getting out of bed a serious risk of right angke edges damaging legs - terrible !"
