I stayed over a weekend, the breakfast were diverse and tasted good! The single bed room had an afjustable heating system which is nice during cold winters, comfy beds too!

Incredibly friendly staff and always available to answer any questions and help out with things. Room was perfect for myself alone, the one issue being that water leaked out of the pipe going towards the shower head but that isn’t any reason to drop down any stars.

This is a great place to stay, if you don’t mind that there aren’t any restaurants around . It is in an industrial area near a train station. It was easy getting around because of it! The staff is really nice, the breakfast is great, they clean the room every day. Very quiet ! Only thing I didn’t like is that they want to keep the room key when you leave, unless you ask to keep it. I recommend to not take Ubers or taxis!! The train and metro is cheaper and convenient. Even getting to the Arlanda airport was a breeze.

The breakfast was the best in my travel experience. Bread with diverse cheese, 4types of fresh fruits, serial and dairy products, three types of egg dish, cooked potato, baken and drinks. Choice range was wide.

By the smell of it, this hotel must have among the best breakfasts in Stockholm, not just continental breakfast, but warm food too But sadly it is lost on me as I am never hungry in the morning. It is better for me that hotels charge their rates with or without breakfast

Got what I paid for

Completely adequate place to stay. But I think mostly for the business traveller with a car, as there is parking space a gas station, and Burger King next door. Even without a car, it only takes 5 minutes to walk to Tvärrbanan light rail, that departs every 10 minutes. Sadly that is closed during the summer due to maintenance, but the bus replacment worked OK. It was great that there was a fan in the room. Every hotel room should have one, when it is summer and hot.

Great service, felt a bit cramped

The staff was very friendly, and exceptionally helpful and accommodating. I won't complain about the size of the room, since for the price it was fine, but I wasn't a fan of the dimensions. It was awkwardly narrow. Though if you're not traveling with a lot of bags like I was, that will likely be less of an issue. Otherwise very comfortable.

I do not like when I cannot open the window, not even a bit. It was not announced and the kind of temperature regulator was not showed or any write up how to use it (I figured it out, and the second night was ok).

At least it was clean

The hotel is in the middle of a warehouse-area, so it looks rather off. First thing they did at check-in was take a copy of your ID card, been a long time since that happened in Sweden. AC in the room was either disconnected or broken, it was hot and not much other ventilation going on. There was an old refrigerator in the room, the kind you have in an apartment and not in a hotel room. Breakfast was decent but they did not keep everything cool so a lot of the meats were at room temperature, no idea how long they had been sitting. If you just need a place to crash it work, they offer free parking and that is a good bonus. Would not recommend for a vacation.

Convenient Yet Improvements Needed

I booked the Brunnby for the convenience of its location in regards to what I was in Stockholm for. Upon arrival a door bell system is in place to enter the building which at the time didn’t feel to problematic. The front of desk staff had a “I’m just happy to be working” vibe but did answer all my questions that I had. My room was clean and exactly like the pictures show, but the only annoyance I had with it was the air con unit was broken. I did not decide to approach the front desk about it as I was in Sweden in January so a slightly hot room was not to terrible to return to. Back to the problematic door bell system, yes the front desk had a 24/7 system in place but when it’s -8C outside and it takes them a few minutes to open the door I was pleased my room was going to be slightly warmer than normal. A room key front door entry would be a better option in my personal opinion.
