Wore out hotel. Showing a lot of wear and age. Toilet leaked all over the floor, an old napkin shoved under the dresser, TV broken, massive bright light shining into the window all night.

The indoor swimming pool was out of order. That was one of the main reasons why I booked at this hotel over other hotels. The hotel room had a dog urine odor that was noticeable when the air conditioner was running.

Friendly staff, but we paid an enormous amount of money (being a football game weekend) for a basic king bed room. The mattress was soft and my husband and I kept rolling to the middle. The carpet was wet and the staff put fans in the room to accommodate, but they couldn't move us because they were sold out and the manager wouldn't budge on the more the really high price.

We were just there for one night. The pool was freezing. The hot tub was broken. My 4 year old was so disappointed because all he wanted to do was swim and it was so cold that he wouldn’t swim. And our water didn’t get super hot in the shower.
