"We were on the 3rd floor woke up in the morning to find the elevator was not working, had to walk down 3 flight of stairs to go the front desk, and asked if she knew the elevator was not working, and she said oh yeah they said it was, I said why are there no signs, and she looked at me like I was talking a different language, and then I said that so that means I have to walk down all the stairs with my luggage, she did not apologize, or say she was sorry for the inconvenience, nothing !!! rude rude rude, the food was even worst !! DO NOT STAY HERE "

"Bathroom door was broken, and would not stay open. Breakfast was weak with no Bacon. Gotta have that solid protein every day for the guests. Overall it was an okay experience. "

"I’ve stayed at The Sync 5 times in the last couple months….the rooms and staff are outstanding…every room is a suite and I think all the rooms have a small balcony which is excellent! The staff are extremely helpful and very courteous and the hotel is right across the ateeet from the corvette museum and track! I highly recommend a stay there (bad ass coffee and espresso bar in the morning too!)"

"Parking was easy, the phone in the room didn’t work at all and they didn’t have the extra towels in the room that I requested. I went up and asked for extra towels and a few extra pillows and he said “we will see, you already have 6 in the room”. The pillows were small and we have two toddlers so I thought that was an odd response. Over all a decent stay and easy access to everything around the area. Air conditioning was loud but worked really well. Probably would pick somewhere else next trip though. "

"The room was pretty clean, however it didn’t need some updates. The bed spread had holes and the bathroom wall had cracks. The staff were friendly though and we had no other complaints."

"Stayed 2 nights in this lovely park. Cabins are ok but a bit rundown! Fun & enthusiastic staff all over the park Great place to start an early tour or a hike."

"Great value for the money. Room was clean and easy in and out for truck drivers in tractor trailers. No laundry access though."
