I love staying at The Crest Motel in Sterling. The rooms are always clean spotless. When I walk in I'm not grossed out by any smells or the sight of dirty blankets , sheets , pillows and dead bugs. I've stayed at other well known hotels paid a lot of money for one night and been disgusted by the smell of the room and by how dirty their beds look. So I'm always pleased when I'm able to rent a room at The Crest Motel.

The room was clean and really cute. My only issue bringing this to 3 stars instead of 5 is the heater/AC unit. It was SO LOUD - it woke me up every time it came on. I was in town for a horse show and had to get up early and unfortunately did not get good sleep bc of this. I thought everything else was great.

In a safe, older area of town. Streets were lined with beautiful older homes. Very cute room with vintage touches. The little red mini-fridge and microwave had me at hello. The bed.was firm and very comfortable. The beautifully landscaped yard and flower beds were an added bonus.

A hidden gem

The hotel is beautiful and the grounds are very well kept. The rooms was very clean and well furnished. This area of town was very quiet with little traffic.
