"This is one of the most unique and beautiful properties in Lafayette if not Louisiana. The landscaping, the historic architecture, and breakfasts all contributed to a truly amazing stay. I was lucky to stay in the Live Oak cabin with a swing on the porch. Sitting there early in the morning listening to birds or watching the rain from a passing storm was unparalleled. The proprietor Donell Totaro was lovely to talk to about the property and surrounding area. There is no place else to stay...

"Wonderful staff, very accommodating, clean rooms, good breakfast and location is not far from my daughters College!"

"I needed a room close to Festival de Acadia et Creole. Walking distance less than 20 minutes. Very nice facility."

"All of the staff were amazing. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay here again."

"I rolled into Lafayette for a family visit feeling about as optimistic as a cat entering a bathtub. But my skepticism melted away the second I stepped into this surprisingly pristine mini-suite. The kitchenette was fully functional, though I mainly used the fridge to store water and command-center my own private ice factory. Pro tip: turn the ice maker on the second you walk in unless you enjoy waiting for glaciers to form. No more embarrassing, half-dressed hallway treks for a bucket of...

"There was renovation going on, which is ok. However, dust, paint on hall carpets, etc could have been cleaned up a little bit better if guests are staying on that floor. We had a large room-- needed another lamp on the other credenza-- room was dark. Never could figure our air-conditioning!. Overall very nice and staff very nice. Breakfast was ....OK. A little sparse."

"Property was clean and the staff were all very friendly. Room was very clean and in great shape. Felt like the parking around the hotel was safe and over felt safe in the area. Would book again."

"large rooms, clean and comfortable with all amenities"

"When we arrived the front desk lady (I forgot her name) greeted us and was very friendly. Our stay was great! Pool was warm and we had fun. My only complaint was housekeeping coming in the room at 10 while we were still sleeping and checkout isn’t until 12. Other than that it was nice and affordable!"

"Me and my friend stayed over there. The room was clean, the beds were soft, and the staff were extremely helpful. Especially Aniya!! She was extremely helpful and so nice to talk to. Definitely will go back again"

"Breakfast has a lot to be desired. Vacuuming outside my room at 830 am on a Saturday morning seemed very unnecessary for that time of day."

"Very clean rooms"

"The staff were very unfriendly and definitely did not enjoy."
