"Infelizmente, minha experiência nesta pousada "Gaivotas " foi bastante decepcionante. As fotos apresentadas no site são enganosas e não correspondem à realidade do local. O que foi contratado não foi cumprido.
Ao chegar, encontrei o ambiente sujo, com presença de baratas, o que é totalmente inaceitável. Durante a estadia, não houve troca de toalhas nem arrumação do quarto, apesar de esses serviços constarem na reserva.
A área externa apresentava aspecto de abandono, com a piscina suja,...
