Saga Caves has newly built houses with all the modern amenities. The floors are heated in the bathroom and in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. The spotless cleanliness of the place makes it a very pleasant experience.

Bad communication, poor wifi, low comfort

The biggest problem was the communication with the owner of appartments. They mentioned a whattsapp number for any question or issues while they have not checked it for a couple of dats at all. Also, I have contacted this number oit of whatsapp due to the popr internet coonnection and they did not answered it at all. The bed in the second floor in our room has been built in a non professional way and was not accessible in an easy way. There was a long electricity wire on the top of the stairs which was very dangerous if you have not enough attention when you pass.

Wir waren überhaupt nicht zufrieden! - Es wahr sehr schmutzig - Wasseraustritt Küche, Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer durch defekter Geschirrspüler - Balkon ohne Geländer (sehr gefährlich für Kinder) - jegliche gebrauchte Artikel von vorherigen Mietern lagen rum (Rasierer) - alle Matratzen wahren mit Urin/schweiss spuren - Kinderzimmer wahr Heizung defekt (sehr kalt) - Backofen war komplett schmutzig einfach ekelhaft! Wir haben eine Nacht (statt 7) dort verbracht, wir mussten uns dann eine neue Unterkunft suchen da wir es nicht mehr ausgehalten haben. (zum Glück, wahr der Herr nach mehrmaligem Fragen doch noch so freundlich und erstattete und den vollen Betrag zurück - vielen dank dafür. Ich kann es allerdings niemandem weiter empfehlen, trotz all den guten Bewertungen (wir waren schockiert) Viele Grüsse aus der Schweiz

Utmerket

Stedet er rolig og familievennlig, samtidig som det er overraskende sentralt. Kjøpesenteret står i gangavstand og bussforbindelsene er gode. Leiligheten var romslig, enkel og ren, men hadde likevel alt som trengtes av artikler til dagliglivet med oppvask og klesvask. Anbefales!

Flott leilighet - manglende renhold

Fin leilighet med god plass. Skittent kjøkken og skittent/veldig slitt utstyr på kjøkken. Fant også undertøy liggende under et skap da vi kom. Så rengjøring i forkant var så som så selv om soverom og overflater var helt ok rengjort.

Nesten alt er fantastisk bra på Saga caves. Men den harde dobbeltsenga på 1.40 bredde kunne med fordel byttes ut

Perfect location for me. Very close to customer, quiet, good shopping locations and restaurants in walking distance. Very clean and comfy. Equipped with all the things you need.

Grei sted til ok pris

Helt ok sted til grei pris. Verten hadde glemt å sende ut nøkkelkode og litt kronglete å finne frem til riktig leilighet. Han hadde også glemt å legge ut sengetrekk til alle fire gjester. Han var heldigvis tilgjengelig på telefon hele tiden så alt løste seg veldig fint. Renholdet er som allerede beskrevet fra flere her inne ikke helt på topp. Men alt i alt en grei leilighet til en grei pris. Det beste med stedet er at butikker ligger i gåavstand.

Great place to stay with family or friends The apartment itself was really nice and beds were soft and cozy. The only thing that i can point at is if we had to many things on lights, tv and stove the fuse would go out but other than that its worth a try :)

Grei beliggenhet i stille og rolig område. Kort vei til butikker. Leilighet med 1 soverom, beliggende under garasjen. Romslig stue med garderobe ved inngangsdøren, og greit kjøkken med spiseplass. Soverom med 3 sengeplasser ("familiekøye" med dobbeltseng nede og enkel oppe), noe skapplass. Enkelt bad. Middels bra rengjøring, noe støv i på gulvet i stuen. Dårlig vasket glass og kjøkkenutstyr. Støyende kjøleskap. Hard madrass i dobbeltseng.

Noen mangler men fin leilighet

Stor og fin leilighet. Renholde var mindre bra. Bodde der i tre netter og det var kun ett håndklede pr person, det var heller ingen mindre håndkleder. Det var heller ikke grytekluter og kjøkkenhåndklær. og det var ikke redd opp til nok personer. Håper utleier ser på disse tingene for leiligheten var fin og kan gjerne reise dit igjen. -Silje-

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans la région du Rogaland et plus précisément à Sandnes/Stavanger. Le logement était très confortable, spacieux et calme. De plus nous avons eu du beau temps, avec des journées très ensoleillées. Je recommande vivement ce logement aux futurs voyageurs qui souhaitent découvrir la région.

Fornøyd

Vi synes leiligheten var romslig, fin og hadde det meste vi trengte, men det også noen småmangler. Vi savnet blant annet kjøkkenutstyr som ildfast form, grytekluter og gryteunderlag da vi primært lagde middag i leiligheten. Ellers savnet vi også små håndklær. Men helhetlig er vi fornøyd og hadde et veldig fint opphold hos Saga Caves. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake ved en annen anledning.
