"Charged for a large pint even though it was a small, when challenged was told they were the same, clearly not. Was half board, my husband is a vegetarian, wasn't asked and meal was brought out unsuitable for him, they changed promptly. Next day when we went for dinner, was given what I can only describe has a child's meal, nuggets and sweet potato fries, 3rd day we didn't eat because of the disappointment."

"The property was great and we loved the amenities. The breakfast was phenomenal. But, the website says there is a free shuttle from the airport and when we arrived at the hotel we were told we had to pay. We asked at the front desk and were told that yes we had to pay and that the website is very out of date. We were also charged a tourist tax that wasnt much but again was an extra, unexpected charge."

"It was a sound proof room. We had a king size bed, the mattress was from not soft. There were large pillows, 2 firm and 2 soft. When you turn of the lights in the bathroom, the exhaust fan takes a few minutes to turn off automatically. The breakfast was great. We had hot cheese omelet made and there was scrambled eggs at the buffet with sausages and some veggies like different bell peppers and olives. "What an amazing experience at this hotel! The location was excellent, with easy access and right next to the tram station. The pool was great, and I also enjoyed the gym. The staff were all very friendly, especially Mr. Lucas, who looked after us during our half-board dinner. He was incredibly helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and overall, I had a wonderful stay. I would definitely come back again."

"Parking is 25 euros a night, no pool, the restaurant attached does some dishes okay but the breakfast is the same thing every single day with not many options for vegetarians. They have laundry for 5 euros per wash and 5 euros for the dryer. Overall, the costs add up and it doesn’t make sense to book the cheaper Hilton. Other places close by were nicer and end up being cheaper overall. I also asked for access to a microwave to heat up leftovers from their restaurant and was refused."
