"The staff was kind and the room was clean."

"Hotel was clean and they did a nice job on the lobby decor. Shower was a bit dated and didn’t work great."

"Nice staff, but zero amenities. This is basically a church which runs a small motel building and an RV park, on the side. The rooms are fairly clean, we did have to kill three large spiders the first night of our stay. If you need ice you have to go to the church reception desk to get it which closes at 6pm and is not open on Sundays. One picture shows a pool and hot tub on site, but ground erosion from the river has taken those out. There is no real walking paths along the river, but the two...

"I had to carry my luggage up two flights of stairs. The room Smelled of dirty laundry. And the Restaraunt was closed for some unknown reason. However the staff at the front desk were very pleasant."

"Love this place! Clean, great service, and excellent amenities!"

"The room was clean and I love how close it is to other dining options. Highly recommend."

"The location of this hotel to the University, restaurants and shops was excellent. The property was relatively clean. While the bed was comfortable, the couch in our room had multiple large holes and the towels were nearly threadbare. The worst part though was the fan/heating unit that was mounted on the wall. It would go off approximately every 10 minutes, was loud, and blasted the bed with air making it nearly impossible to sleep."

"Great place to stay, nice room, friendly staff, good BF"

"The rooftop bar was an awesome way to unwind"

"Loved this property, will definitely come back again."

"Everyone I interacted with at the front desk was kind and hospitable. The room is nicely remodeled, the bathroom and its showerhead are great. I love that they kept the old hardwood floors and it gives an overall very homie feel to the room. The breakfast was better than I expected with lots to choose from and good quality of what was there. The beds were firm, which I like, and the pillows were soft, which I like, and the sheets were not scratchy, which I also like. Even though it was next to a...

"Royal Inn is the closest lodging to Eugene Airport. It is affordable, simple, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. So clean in fact that the smell of Pine Sol was overwhelming when I opened the door to our room. I mentioned this to the staff, and they immediately moved me to a different room (without my asking for it), stating they wanted to be sure I got a good night’s sleep. I will definitely stay here again. (And in the meantime hope that more hotels appreciate the importance of using...

"It’s an older motel, but it is still very nice. They’ve done a lot of upgrades. The restaurant on site is very good with a good menu. It’s conveniently located to everything the city has to offer. We stayed so we can go to the Oregon next football game at Autzen Stadium and it was a short five minute drive. I will definitely stay there again, and I recommend it to anybody"
