It was a very large room that fit 3 adults and 3 kids easy. The kitchen was perfect size to move around. The place was perfect clean we had a whirlpool in the bathroom which was large and stocked with soap and shampoo in big bottles. Linen was clean. Just an exceptional staff!

Had a good time pricing is on the money for that location. They had problems with their card system at first but the front desk worker was trying his best and he make it relaxing

My husband has cancer, and we had to cancel our vacation to accommodate his tests. We live an hour+ away from Stamford, so we thought we'd spend the night there so we wouldn't have to get up early to drive to the testing site. And try to make a fun stay in the middle of this difficult time. So I was disappointed that it wasn't in better shape. Plusses: the room was clean and spacious, the wifi and elevator worked. The sofa was hard but comfy enough, and we watched a couple of TV shows. We didn't use the kitchen, but the counters were damaged. Cosmetic, but it added to a negative overall impression. Minuses: The room smelled of the cleaner hotels use to mask the smell of smoke. The whole place did. The bathroom light was very dim. The shower had a handheld shower head and no door, so the water went everywhere. I cleaned it up. The water temperature was impossible to control and I nearly scalded myself. The toilet made scary noises after flushing, but nothing bad happened. The bedroom lights: 2 out of 5 worked: 1 worked after we jiggled the base and tightened the bulb, the two reading lights didn't work at all. One of them lacked a bulb. The bed was very uncomfortable. Mattress too hard, pillows too soft. I'm a mess of aches today. Breakfast was continental, serve yourself. Your choice of carb, plus coffee, tea, and milk.

It took 20 min to check in because their new computer system. The staff at front desk were friendly and nice. They kept apologizing. There was a party next to our room. It seemed more than 20 young adults in that room. So loud and noisy. We smelled weed smoking from the next door. Staff from the front desk responded well and came twice to kick out extra people from that room. However, there was only 5 min quiet time. 2am I had to go to front desk to request to switch the room. However, I was told there was no room available due to being overbooked. They have the problem in their new computer system. I heard the manager on the phone to talk with his front desk staff that I could leave to find other hotel because there was no room to switch. It was 2 am! This was not professional communication at all. I paid the hotel for sleep which I didn’t have for the night. Will never book this hotel any more.

The staff was friendly, however the condition of the room could use drastic improvements. The carpeting was very warn. The tub had rust. There was what looked like a mouse trap in the corner in the living room. They didnt provide dishwashing liquid or paper towels for the kitchen area.
