"This is a 3-star resort at best. We stayed at a number of 5-star resorts while in Greece and Royal Cactus unfortunately wasn’t one. The resort definitely nickel and dimes you. They claim all inclusive but so much costs extra. A sparkling wine or Freddo cappuccino or even a bottled water costs extra. Any room service costs extra. The drinks that are included taste very artificial. We stayed at other resorts that were not all inclusive and the Freddo cappuccinos were included as part of...

"We where really surprised in a positive way. The staff (maianna) was more then friendly and helpfull. The breakfast room was kept verry clean. The breakfast was super with lots of choise from the buffet. Our room was on the south side looking at the not to nearby street. Having the sun in the afternoon ws a bit overkill. Thr room could use some rennovation. But still good for greece. Overall a verry pleasant stay."

"The whole holiday from start to finish was above and beyond from the staff nice personal touch from the team of staff. Food options were amazing, catering virtually all day long if you want it and the drinks are great too with cocktails even on the all inclusive. I couldn’t praise this Hotel/holiday enough. "This place is a few steps from the beach, clean and well maintained. Everything in the room worked without any problems. The air-conditioning was worth it to pay a little bit extra for at checkin. The main street is right there with an endless selection of food places and all the necessities (supermarket, pharmacy etc) are a short walk away on the main street. The beach is mere meters away and it is a pleasant sandy beach. The incline of the sea is gentle. We were there in the middle of August...

"The best bart of the stay was the Staff, Gym needed to be paid, Chairs at the beach needed to be paid, Rooms wer outdated and super noisy, we had reserved 2 rooms and got 1 at the checking only the staff helped get us a second room and then we had to change the rooms 2 times, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!"

"Well i'm not impressed from this resort! ,up on arrival was supposed to be picked up from the hotel we needed to get cap from the airport to the hotel at 1 am in the morning….plus the property has no sand beaches only rocks around and swimming pool over crowded we walk a mile to the nice beaches!!! Other than that everything was good plenty of food home made friendly staff easy to communicate!!!"

"Das war das unbequemste Bett, in dem ich jemals lag, konnte daher nicht wirklich viel oder gut schlafen und war ziemlich müde die Tage über, 5 Nächte ging grade so aber länger hätte ich das nicht ausgehalten. Klopapier gabs nur 2 Rollen, sodass wir uns am 4. Tag neue kaufen mussten, am letzten Tag brachte das personal dann mal neue. Auf den Bildern war außerdem ein Pool, den gab es nicht. "Wir hatten das Apartment Nr.1 gebucht und es war ein absoluter Traum!! Es liegt ganz oben und man hat eine fantastische Aussicht! Es war alles sauber und tipptopp… Unser Gastgeber sehr nett. Dort kann man die Seele baumeln lassen. Wer aber nicht gut zu Fuß ist, ist dort nicht gut aufgehoben. Es führen mehrere Treppen zum Apartment, war manchmal schon anstrengend. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!! Traumhaft…."
