"I love old fashioned, traditional pubs & inns, and this was perfect. Wooden beams, creaky floors, etc. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The meals were of high quality & decently priced, too, the breakfast exceptional! Plenty of parking available. I will definitely visit there again."

"Love the location. Staff that I met were v friendly. The food was excellent and well worth the stay. The room was comfortable and pleased to see coffee bags rather than the disgusting tubes of Nescafe which most hotels do. There were a couple pf things which werent so good but it wouldnt stop me staying again. In the evening the water took a while to warm up which was ok however in the morning it didnt at all. "Room was ok but had just been taken over so under new management. Beds we had was really uncomfortable and no light bulbs in bedside lights . Very noisey outside and due to being hot had to have windows open. We were moved rooms to more comfortable beds and light bulbs in bedside lights . There is improvement to be done .
