"Check in required extensive information on a tablet, passport numbers dates etc. Hard sell for 29 € breakfast every day. Hard sell to upgrade room 110€ extra. Impatient person behind me was engaged while I was still talking to the clerk. Extra staff in back would not assist. I had questions unanswered. ..."

"Wir hatten ein Executive-Doppelzimmer bestellt und den Wunsch geäußert, ein Bad mit Dusche zu erhalten. Als wir ankamen, hieß es, es gibt gar keine Zimmer mit Dusche, sondern alle haben nur Badewanne. Das sollte dann doch auch bei der Reservierung klar ersichtlich sein, genauso wie der bei der Reservierung ..."

"We had a great stay at this property. Check-in was seamless with clear and concise instructions for entry. The price was extremely reasonable for the area. I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity!"

"I would give 10 from 10 mark... But there is one huge disadvantage - the suite we had was something like 3 or 4 floor, and the last one with a spiral case... So if you have a problem with your back or foot, or have a luggage, avoided it. But it is clean, fantastic location, very comfy bed, good kitchenette... ..."
