The staff was friendly, and the hotel’s location was excellent, with easy access to the city center. The only downside was the air conditioning in the room. "Multiple generations traveling, we had three rooms. All rooms very comfortable. I particularly liked the very good breakfasts, the ample common areas to sit and visit with relatives. Outside seating was elegant and comfortable. Easy walk to Beethoven house and museum and many sites in Bonn. Excellent value. Highly recommend."

"Great for hot summer stay. AC, balcony (in a suite), pool. The suite is very spacious , has 2 rooms - bedroom and office room."
