"Ein sehr schönes Hotel, wo auf Sauberkeit geachtet wird. Beim Essen war es leider völlig überlaufen, man musste überall anstehen und warten, egal welche Uhrzeit man kam. Dadurch war es im Speiseraum sehr ungemütlich. An der Bar wurde man leider an den Tischen nicht bedient, sondern musste sich die Getränke selbst holen und an einem Abend war es mit einer sehr langen Wartezeit verbunden. "Leider gibt es in der Unterkunft kein Deutsches Fernsehen und auch kein Radio. Wir hatten leider eine Badewanne die sehr rutschig war und somit das ein und aussteigen erschwere. Das Personal spricht wenig Deutsch und einige noch nicht einmal Englisch. Wir hatten ein Apartment und haben uns selbst versorgt die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit entfernt. Das schöne ist die Strandnähe und die ruhige Lage."

"Weitläufiges Hotel-Areal am Gelände einer alten Flugzeugfabrik. Gute Qualität bei Essen und Service. Unterbringung in einem umgebauten Container war speziell, aber durchaus zufriedenstellend. Lage am Ende des im Sommer stark frequentierten Ortes Mielno ist ebenfalls positiv. Gleich beim See und auch nahe zum Strand."

"There are no staff on site. The room was okay but lights weren’t working, the heater made loud noises every hour or so, the reception receipt says the restaurant closes at 20.30 when it closed at 18.00. Also I booked to use the pool and it was closed when I went to use it. "
