"Be warned that you need early coordination for key pickup as there is no reception or self-checkin, which we were aware before booking. We had to wait over an hour to meet the host late in the evening when we were so tired. The condition of the apartment was bad. Faucet was broken (though usable), cracks on walls and ants in the kitchen. We would've left if we had other availability nearby. "

"I was very hot in my bunk, they need better AC. I woke up sweating multiple times but for the price it is hard to complain, if there was better AC and ventilation this place would be an easy 5 stars. Also there’s a security camera right above the stalls in the WC, I found that very very strange and didn’t like that at all. "

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here at Hotel Nox! The foyer, restaurant and room were all very modern and clean. Breakfast was lovely and I was very quick to be served. But above all the staff were absolutely INCREDIBLE. All of them were so kind, helpful, chatty and considerate. Also there is a bus stop right next to the hotel where you can catch the bus into the city centre and there is a gorgeous walk up through the forest directly behind the hotel.
