"The room was very clean, surprised with the full kitchen. Location was great to Tropicana Field. Only downside was parking, valet was available but only 2 hour parking is allowed in the area."

"Great hotel in a great location. Bartenders at the bar were absolutely horrible. They gave me a free drink chip when I checked in. Later that night, when I wanted to get a drink (and would have had more than one if the service was even remotely competent), the two women bartenders just simply ignored me and even waited on other younger people who had gotten to the other side of the bar AFTER I was standing there. One Gloria Steinem looking bartender barked at me that she would get to me but never did. It wasn't even like the bar was crowded which I didn't get. This was my first night there too and was the very first place I went for a drink. Every other place in town was friendly AF but I wouldn't go back to the hotel bar if it was 2 for 1. This was the Friday of Labor Day weekend if management sees this. I am 57 year old so not sure if they are trying to only get the 20-30 something crowd. That crossed my mind tbh. Thank God this was the only bad bartender experience while I was there. I was at more crowded places all weekend and no one was as rude as these two ladies."

"At very nice hotel 3rd time there . The front desk attendant named Emily is ALWAYS very kind and friendly. The hotel is in a nice location. The room is comfortable the hotel is clean and well maintained. I love the Dove products in the bathroom. The breakfast is always good and the attendant is great at keeping the food supply flowing and keeping the area clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
